He's a great attorney

Attorney Tony Liker represented me on my divorce and custody case and did a great job for a fair fee. Anne

The most unprofessional attorney I can imagine.

Tony was retained to represent my divorce and custody case. His retainer was paid in full at the time of signing the contract. He reminded me several times that I needed to make a payment because he had forgotten that I paid in full. His emails never used proper grammar, spelling or punctuati...on. Every email was signed "God Bless" and after one hearing he talked to me about being a non-believer for about 45 minutes. He tried to convert me and believed that was the reason I was put in his path. When we talked on the phone he would talk over me and not let me respond or ask questions. When I emailed questions he would call and yell at me and accuse me of being uncooperative. He requested an additional fee to go to trial and wanted to charge extra for discovery and subpoenas. 6 weeks before the trial fee was due, he informed me that he would be withdrawing from my case until I paid him the additional $5,000. Leaving me without representation during a very ugly custody battle. At a later date he told me he could no longer represent me because he had another case the same month as my trial and needed to prepare for that case. I do not recommend anyone to hire this attorney. Not I am a little over a month away from the court date and in need of finding a new attorney and paying a new retainer fee.

Attorney Liker is the Best

I hired Tony Liker for a family law matter. He was great. I am a dad and love my kids. I had another lawyer before him, and I ended up with supervised visits for one hour a week at Donna's house at the family court building which was horrible. I was the one who cooked and cleaned for my kids, but ...my wife told all kinds of lies and at the first hearing, I was crushed. My first lawyer got crushed bad. I then hired Attorney Tony Liker. He got me a quick court date and got the judge to reverse his previous ruling that the other attorney got me, and I got me two days per week unsupervised. Mr. Liker spoke so much better than her attorney. He told the Judge that my wife was horrible which she is. She cheated on me left and right (in my bed and our couch). And Mr. Liker told the Judge all about it and how unsanitary it was. I loved it. She fired her lawyer after that hearing. At the next hearing a couple months later, Mr. Liker got me 50/50 custody unsupervised, so I got Thursday afternoon til Monday at 8am. She then fired her second lawyer after that hearing. At trial Mr. Liker crushed her 3rd lawyer and I got primary physical custody and she got only 2 days per week. You could tell that Mr. Liker has done a lot of trials and was much better talking than her 3rd lawyer. she fired that lawyer as well. then Mr. liker got me our 4 plex and was awarded 50k in attorney fees against her. Mr. Liker totally demolished her and all her lies. it took over a year and him crushing her 3 attorneys, but the truth came out. I highly recommend Mr. Liker.

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
