Edward Randall Miley

I had a consultation with Mr Miley over the phone and was very impressed by him. However when time to hire him came and I contacted his office I was sent by his secretary Pam an invoice for a retainer fee with a due date same day. And a couple of attachments in a email. When asked her to help me unde...rstand what the payment covers and what not she snapped at me in an extremely rude way. She told me to go look for another lawyer as she feels there's a language barrier. I explained to her that Mr. Miley and me had a very good long conversation over the phone and there has not been such thing as a language barrier. At that point she just turned up her radio ignoring my reqest. It was extremely disappointing experience. For the first time in my life I got to experience such unwelcoming unhospitable rudeness being discriminated just for asking a woman to help me understand something. This racist woman Pam seemed to be more interested in the puppy she keeps in the office rather that help Mr Miley clients. I'm sorry I was not given the chance to hire Mr Miley.
