Daniel Reed Ormsby

Daniel is a Nevada-licensed attorney practicing at the law firm of Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright, one of the oldest and most well-respected law firms in Southern practice focuses primarily on probate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, general civil litigation, business litigation.

Daniel graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Economics in 2013. Daniel then attended William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Las Vegas, Nevada, on an academic scholarship and graduated in 2017. While in law school, Daniel served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Kenneth C. Cory and worked as a law clerk in a probate and trust litigation firm. As an attorney, Daniel has focused his practice in the areas of probate, trusts, estate litigation, trust litigation, civil litigation, business litigation, and real estate law and successfully helped his clients navigate and resolve complex legal issues. Daniel was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2023 and 2024, a peer designation that is only awarded to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state

Daniel is married and has four children. When not advocating for his clients, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
