Daniel B. Heidtke

Daniel B. Heidtke practices in the area of litigation. Mr. Heidtke has experience with complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, employment matters and white collar criminal defense. Additionally, Mr. Heidtke has secured successful results for clients in real estate litigation, including disputed residential foreclosure matters, cases related to investor purchase and acquisition of properties, and representation of property managers.  Mr. Heidtke also has experience with complex contract claims, including representing insurers in high-stake coverage litigation involving disputes arising from construction, environmental and product liability claims.  Mr. Heidtke has jury trial experience and represents clients in both state and federal court. 

Mr. Heidtke is a 2012 cum laude graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was associate editor of the Loyola Consumer Law Review, a student fellow for the Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies, and during which time he completed internships with a federal and a state court judge. Mr. Heidtke is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
