I went in to his office after speaking with him via phone. He took me straight back to get to business about my case no waiting time nothing. He answered all my questions about my cases to where I could understand. He did not waste no time to file my papers for court and to represent me. He was able ...to get all THREE of my cases dropped in such a spontaneous short amount of time, I was amazed. I would recommend him to any and everyone.

I was unlawfully terminated and denied unemployment by my employer. My boss approved me for a leave of absence and then fired me when business got slow. He said it was my fault because I took the leave HE APPROVED! I hired Phil on a referral from a friend who said he was really good to her and got... good results. I am so glad I did because Phil got me just about everything I wanted and needed. I'm very happy with Phil and the service he provided. Thanks Phil! PS: Don't listen to the previous negative reviews. I'm not sure what happened in his or her case (and it does seem like its the same person posting multiple reviews) but Phil has always been responsive, responsible, and honest with me.

I had originally retained Phil for an issue my son was having. Phil was very knowledgeable in our situation and was able to take care of things when he received the paper work he needed from us. My ex-wife also retained him for some issue she was having and was also given the same professional servic...e needed to resolve the matter. He is very prompt about answering emails and phone calls. I have a matter that very recently came up that requires the need for a lawyer. Phil was not able to help me but referred me to a friend immediately upon contacting him. I don' know whom the 2 bad reviews were referring to? My guess it was a different Phil there complaining about.

After three very long years of having to deal with a former employer and end less meetings , I was faced with no choice but to go to trial. Preparing for trial is a nerve racking experience and is not pleasant . When the first day of trial started all my worries went away . I told the facts and Phil ...did not pull any crazy attorney antics. He was respectful of both parties during testimony. In the end the facts won and Phil's tenacity not to give up. He never once lost his cool unlike the opposing attorney and managed to help me keep my head up . Having to go through something like this is stressful enough. Having the right people on your side makes it less stressful.
