After three very long years of having to deal with a former employer and end less meetings , I was faced with no choice but to go to trial. Preparing for trial is a nerve racking experience and is not pleasant . When the first day of trial started all my worries went away . I told the facts and Phil ...did not pull any crazy attorney antics. He was respectful of both parties during testimony. In the end the facts won and Phil's tenacity not to give up. He never once lost his cool unlike the opposing attorney and managed to help me keep my head up . Having to go through something like this is stressful enough. Having the right people on your side makes it less stressful.
