I retain Michelle Roberts she told me in about a week and a half the petition would be filed after about 2 1/2 weeks. I contacted her. She told me during that week. It would be still filed found out later. She did not file the papers also when I went to her office and initially, she cash my check the... same day should’ve given me a red flag after speaking to her some more later that next week, she said the case was filed I found out from another attorney that she never did file and ask for my money back for the retainer my experience with bad be careful with her. Thanks.

I have been waiting for almost 1 year for her to do something. That should have took only a couple of months (per taking with others as well as searching online) She was also paid more than double than what most attorneys charge. Shame on me for not looking around. She also doesn't return e-mails for... weeks. Always has some lame excuse for not returning? I think she should have not taken my case if she did not know what she was doing. She is the worst attorney ever. Please do your homework on what attorney you use. I sure will the next time. But want people to know not to use Michele L. Roberts. I sure have learned from my mistake.
