It would be still filed found out later. She did not file the papers also when I went to her office and initially, she cash my check the... same day should’ve given me a red flag after speaking to her some more later that next week, she said the case was filed I found out from another attorney that she never did file and ask for my money back for the retainer my experience with bad be careful with her.
