Even filing bankruptcy doesn't get your name off of a car loan. The only way to do this is by paying off the loan or having the loan refinanced. ...

You cannot force your spouse to continue in a Chapter 13. Filing for divorce will not stop him from filing a Chapter 7 and might even encourage...
