Related representation also includes Taft-Hartley Trust Funds in ERISA collection matters, asset management, plan drafting and design, and general litigation. I have represented clients before federal and state district courts in Washington, Nevada and Oregon; the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; Nevada Supreme Court; Washington State Supreme Court; Nevada Government Employee Management Relations Board; National Labor Relations Board; Equal Employment Opportunity Commission; U.S. Department of Labor; Nevada Equal Rights Commission; DETR; Nevada State Apprenticeship Council, and the Nevada Labor Commissioner.
