Super reasonable expert lawyer

I have used mr. Weiner on previous legal issues. He has always had time to address my concerns an expert knowledge to tackle problems. Today I have no criminal record because of his excellent service. He has always been fair and reasonable. He is one of the amazing lawyers of Vegas.

do not waste your time or money

Mr. Weiner was recommended to our family for our son/brother's criminal case. Once we hired an attorney, we were relieved to know that someone was going to be there to help us fight this uphill battle to prove what we know to this day to be the truth. That turned out to be a waste of our time and our... money and made a stressful situation even more stressful. From the get go Mr. Weiner never did any investigation of the case, he didn't ever try to find or talk to any witnesses. And if we did get any results from him, it was because we had to call him/his office way more times than should be required by any client/family member to make a lawyer do what he is getting paid for. Mr. Weiner also told us he what he was going to charge us for the case. But every time we had to call him for any reason, he would say he needed money to do this or to do that. The cost just kept rising. But the work still didn't get done. And if the work did get done, it was done very slowly... on his time, when he decided he wanted to take care of it. It never once entered his mind or bothered him that our loved one could spend years, if not a lifetime behind bars all because the money was/is more important to him than his clients case/life. Mr. Weiner acted as if we didn't realize this was going to cost money and as if we weren't paying him. Believe me, we did know this was going to cost money and he was getting paid. He just didn't think it was enough apparently. In fact, he probably helped out the prosecutor more than he did his client. It's been a bit now since the case began.... and still waiting for results, but not from Weiner anymore. Avvo wants helpful, not insulting. Well, then here's one for the books.... an attorney is suppose to defend his/her client. That means listen to your client, talk to your client. It means communicating with your client and the family, keeping them posted on what's going on, and returning phone calls. It also means to investigate and ask questions. And the very basics of being a lawyer. If, as a lawyer, you are unable to do that, then you probably shouldn't be a lawyer. Avvo, that is a fact. It is not spiteful.

Always Makes Time

I was referred to Jason for advice. He has made time for me on two separate occasions without an appointment. I have never had to retain him but his advice & generosity will not be forgotten. He also never charged me for his time & advice. I do have respect for Mr. Jason Weiner. Thank you Jason,

Excellent firm!

I hired the law office of Wright & Weiner two times now and hopefully I will not need them anymore but I know that if I ever need legal representation then I can always turn to them with confidence. I was a client for 2 years now almost and even though I had a rough time "connecting" with them in the... beginning, but then they handled both my cases with real professionalism. Mr. Wright and Weiner are the type of attorneys who do not differentiate (prioritize) cases. They know that no matter what "minor" a case should be, it is important to you thefore it is important to them. At the initial consultation they both spend time with you to work out the details and to figure out the type of representation your case requires. They advise you about the fees and they always up front about it. No hidden or extra charges will occur. What they ask for is what you are going to be charged in the end. No suprises and needless to say that both my cases were resolved in a positive way. I am happy that I found them and I have to say that both Mr. Wright and Mr. Weiner are very professional attorneys who know what they talk about and their representation at court is quite impressive. I also have to give credit to their assistant "Becky" who kept me updated about my case for the entire time. Good job guys!
