I highly recommend Garrett Ogata for a lawyer if you received a DUI. My son was pulled over for DUI and another time for possession of cocaine and did not shoe up for court. He had a search warrant for his arrest. Shortly after that he was arrested in another town in Las Vegas for DUI and a felony an...d never showed for court. He was about to go to prison and Mr Ogata went beyond his means to find him so my son would not go to prison. Mr Ogata was able to keep him out of prison on all charges and has consulted my son about getting his life back together. Anytime I contacted Mr Ogata he returned my call promptly. The women in is office were extremely helpful and kind when you called the office. I highly recommend Mr Ogata.

I hired ogata for a felony case i had and after paying him more than we agreed on I find out he was lying to me throughout my entire case. He told me he would talk to his "buddy" the district attorney to get me a better deal than anyone else could. He practically begs for money and if you dont have a...ny he asks what you got to trade. He reminded me of a creepy back ally drug dealer. If you read the reviews on his web site you can tell there all made up by people he knows or paid, sooo fake. No compassion, lies , begs, and doesn't have the experience of a jailhouse lawyer. trust me this joker is a fraud. Do your homework before you hire an attorney and im sure youll stay away from ogata and everyone else in that cheap run down office.

Garrett Ogata is the most capable and professional attorney in the valley and should you happen to find yourself in need of his services you'll thank GOD you went with HIM when its all over. He is highly respected by the judges, district attorneys, and fellow council making him an ideal party to rep...resent you when it comes time for negotiation....which, lets face it, is what it always comes down to. ALWAYS. He took care of me like i was family and executed total follow thru. The outcome Garrett facilitated could not have been improved upon...at all...by anyone....period. It was the ideal outcome and i am confident without Garrett it wouldn't have happened. I cannot recommend him more enthusiastically and I assure you.....if you find yourself in need of his services, your money couldn't be better spent elsewhere. Garret Ogata is the best! Ogata and everyone who works with Ogata are exceptional. He helped me understand my case and helped me understand the best and worst case scenarios regarding my case. He kept me informed with all updates, and he is very open and approachable to any questions as well. When he says he will take care of... you, he really will. The staff are all very friendly. I've been wanting to write this for along time now, just never got around to it. Better late than never! I hired garret ogatta when I was charged with four felonys.. Possession with intent to sell heroin, Possession with intent to sell cocaine, Conspiracy to violate the drug law (with Nevada being a ...zero tolerance state this was no good) and some other stupid felony they could tack on. He was and still is my life savor 22 years old this record would ruin everything and they wanted me up state second time offence.. He worked with me whenever I had time weather his office was closed and he waited till I got there or we sat on the phone for hours talking about every option I had he never promised me the world only the best he could do... Throw in there most of the judges in north las Vegas and Clark county are friends of his went to college together and love him and he has very close relationships with district a tourneys considering he was always texting my d.a trying to talking her into a better deal pretty personal level if you ask me.. He always was available cared and on top of his stuff so the moment we've all been waiting for! After in court twice he calls me with a deal one mistomenor for introducing a dangerous substance into state commerce no probation at all and a fine for 500 bucks to victems that was OPTIONAL by judges request no jail/prison time or felony on my record... He was worth everyyyy dollar!! If you have a loved one in a bad situation put every ounce of trust into Garret he won't let you down..
