Adam S. Kutner

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a lawyer. I hired them in January 2016 and fired them in the last week of April 2016. Asked to speak with him directly many, many times and only got a call once by him, stating he was sick and couldn't talk. I flew from Colorado to have a me...eting with him and he didn't even show up. I did more work on my own case, than in the amount of time I was on hold to speak with anyone in his office. I got my own medical records, I located my own incident report, I made phone calls that his office didn't even attempt. His Managing Attorney had been there a month if that gives you any indication of the turnover. There is even a website for employees to complain and review him. Very rude, disrespectful, unorganized and I feel bad for anyone that wasted their time with him!

My son was a passenger in a car that was in a very bad accident. He was hurt and hospitalized. We went to see Adam Kutner, although we never saw or spoke to him. My son although a adult, does not cope with adult situations, so we made sure that we made it clear that all decisions where to be ...made by me. My son told them this. I had a call from the insurance company offering me $15,000 I spoke to the paralegal helping us, and was told, do not accept this. So thinking this was in my sons best interest I said NO to the insurance company. They made us go to all these doctors, which he really did not need to go to, in order to make the claim more legitimate (not that it was'nt my son was badly hurt, but he did not need to see a chiropractor 2-3 times a week). Finally we heard from another paralegal, as the one we original saw was not working there any longer. She would not speak to me about the case, and although I told her that she should go through me, she would not speak to me on the case. I told her to review the file and she would not. Finally she rang my son on his cellphone and offered him $13,000 (less than what I had originally be offered) and did he want to accept it. He said to her that he did not know, and she said he had to make up his mind then and there, so he said yes. He called me back and told me and I was really angry. I rang them back and told her, we did not accept it, and she should have spoken to me, as directed in the case notes, she acknowledged this at that time. The lawyers and doctors got most, and my son got $3000, not even enough to cover his car (it was his car and he was not driving, and the driver was charged with careless driving causing injury...driver was unhurt). We where promised by the lawyers, a good result, the result was really poor, and they would do nothing at all about helping us get money from the driver. They should never have got my son to make those decisions without me present, and up to that point the paralegals, had contacted me in regards to all decisions. We got screwed big time by Adam Kutner, the company does not care anything about their clients.
