The Wreck

As a hospitality professional I analyze situations, with this insight. The phone conversation was five stars, my information was executed quickly, an associate of Mr. Kutner's firm made a visit to my job. In hospitality we call this the WOW effect. This is where provider of the services rendered mak...es an heavy impact on the customer, which in turn makes the customer say WOW. The second phase would be the doctor visit being set up to get the proper treatment. I was really impressed with how quick the treatment started. This is where things went a little south with less communication from the law office of Mr. Kutner. When in a collision all victims look for the maximum that they can receive from what ever source. I called the law office once the chiropractor found out I had two pinched nerves and treatment was no longer needed, it would not help, I needed surgery. When I called the law office I was told that I should wait until the doctor release me. This is where I kept seeing the doctor for no apparent reason, I could have saved some time and useless treatment. Now back to the money part, not once did the law office ask me what I may have expected from this whole situation since I was the victim. Now in hospitality we call this cutting corners, lowering the expectations of the party receiving services. In the final process of signing the paper work only then I was explained how every thing was mathematically accounted for. So in conclusion don't lose focus on the your clients needs I still have a pinched nerve that was there before this wreck and no amount of treatment can help. I need surgery. I can even file for disability. I feel like the lawyers office of A.S.K. could have at least directed me to a disability lawyer. I feel like the interest was lost. But who cares about my two pinched nerves. Yes I signed the papers, because the associates at A.S.K. offered no other alternative. Again they lost interest in my injury.

would recommend

Last year my daughter and myself we're involved in a motor vehicle accident. Scared, hurt and not knowing who to turn to, my neighbor recommended Adam Kutner. One of his associates came to our home, one day after I called the office. He was very friendly and professional. Mr Kutner and or his staff i...mmediately set us up with the proper doctors for our injuries. Along with therapy appointments. Each doctor being nicer then the last,, thanks to Mr Kutner our injuries we're properly cared for. Our lawsuit went very smooth with a proped turn around. Thank you to the staff and Mr Kutner,

Horrible experience

I wont directly point fingers and judge Attorney Kutner;however, his staff is a joke. Ever since I hired himi have gottent nothing but lie after lie, and i have proof of all the lies his staff have said. Its been almost 4 months since my case was closed and they still cant provide me with a copt of M...Y file, not to mention that even after close thet still continue to lie. Very dissapointed with this firm. I absolutely would NOT recommend his firm.

Home Consultation

You sent a consultant to my home. If the consultation lasted ten minutes, it seemed like it was even less. He did not take any time to be be helpful. As soon as he saw how old I was, it seemed everything stopped. He said he had to speak to his manager. After a short talk with the manager, he told me... there was nothing they could do for me.. He also said, that if the pain resulting from the rear ending of my auto, persisted, I should contact a chiropractor. It was a very surprising consultation. I guess if one is a senior, things may be different.
