Adam S. Kutner

Earlier this year, I was in a car accident. While, I was shaken & had definite whiplash, I equally did not have any health insurance. No one would even see me! Three days after the incident, I went to Adam Kutner`s office. Upon taking this case, I was immediately sent to see "His doctors" and eve...rything that was completed or treated, and filled, and re-filled, was at a ZERO cost to me! My case was finalized in 3 months. My doctor bills fully paid, he was paid and I had a good amount for myself as well! Who could ever possibly ask for anything more? My experience overall was a great one. I owe this to how Mr. Kutner actually exceeded any expectations that I originally had... Where I have :" No Regrets" and have fully became a FAN - at the close of my case! Again, my sincere gratitude Mr. Kutner. I thank you for many things, yet all the hard work that you exude, is certainly most unforgettable!

We were hit by a lady going the wrong way. and totaling my car. We had to get a lawyer. in 31 years of driving never has to. So I call adam kutners office at like 9 pm at night was asked a few questions and was asked if I could come to there office or if I need them to come to me, I said I could m...ake it to them the next day so after the doctors and all we got a fair settlement... then 3 months go by after all is done got our settlement everything is good. I get a letter saying they have been trying to get ahold of me...but I changed phone numbers so they mad to mail me a letter.. I called they and they said we have a check for you.... I said how we settled already.... but how ever the extra money came in at a perfect time they really do look out for you .... if I ever have to have a lawyer again it would be Adam Kutner .

My son was a passenger in a car that was in a very bad accident. He was hurt and hospitalized. We went to see Adam Kutner, although we never saw or spoke to him. My son although a adult, does not cope with adult situations, so we made sure that we made it clear that all decisions where to be ...made by me. My son told them this. I had a call from the insurance company offering me $15,000 I spoke to the paralegal helping us, and was told, do not accept this. So thinking this was in my sons best interest I said NO to the insurance company. They made us go to all these doctors, which he really did not need to go to, in order to make the claim more legitimate (not that it was'nt my son was badly hurt, but he did not need to see a chiropractor 2-3 times a week). Finally we heard from another paralegal, as the one we original saw was not working there any longer. She would not speak to me about the case, and although I told her that she should go through me, she would not speak to me on the case. I told her to review the file and she would not. Finally she rang my son on his cellphone and offered him $13,000 (less than what I had originally be offered) and did he want to accept it. He said to her that he did not know, and she said he had to make up his mind then and there, so he said yes. He called me back and told me and I was really angry. I rang them back and told her, we did not accept it, and she should have spoken to me, as directed in the case notes, she acknowledged this at that time. The lawyers and doctors got most, and my son got $3000, not even enough to cover his car (it was his car and he was not driving, and the driver was charged with careless driving causing injury...driver was unhurt). We where promised by the lawyers, a good result, the result was really poor, and they would do nothing at all about helping us get money from the driver. They should never have got my son to make those decisions without me present, and up to that point the paralegals, had contacted me in regards to all decisions. We got screwed big time by Adam Kutner, the company does not care anything about their clients.
