Hands down the best

Vincent Ginn is an incredible attorney. He is attentive and compassionate. He took the time to address all my concerns and provided will thought out responses and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding through my case. He has 20 years experience and it shows. He even continued to assist unpaye...d after my case was dismissed. I would highly recommend him in need of a defense attorney. Don't waste your money or time on any other attorney.

Vincent really cares about his clients.

Several months ago, I got myself in a really bad situation. I was at risk of losing my job, my career, my home. I had gone to several other lawyers and they all told me pretty much the same thing, that i was screwed. All they wanted was money up front. I don't have a lot of money. Then one nigh...t my wife came home with the kids from First Friday and handed me a business card and said, " you need to call this man." So I did. And thank God I did. This man had listened to my wife and told her to tell me to call him the next morning, on Saturday. I I asked her, "What lawyer anywhere would take calls on a Saturday?" She said, "this one does." She later told me there was something genuine about how he listened and how he talked but mostly she said, there was something in his eyes that made her believe in him. So I called that Saturday in the early afternoon, half expecting an answering service. He (not a secretary) answered. He explained he was at lunch with parents and would call me back within the hour. And he did. He asked me to meet him at his office with all my paperwork. ON A SATURDAY, no less. I had to take my whole family with me. When we got there, Vincent unlocked the door and let us in. He didn't really look like a lawyer to me because he was wearing a Superman T-shirt and shorts. but I trust my wife. Vincent introduced himself to my mom and I, said hi to my wife and knelt down and said hi to my two kids. We walked into his office. He offered us all a bottle of cold water. He then sat down and immediately explained that there were confidentiality issues and how his kids shouldn't have to hear the details. My mom took the kids to the lobby. Vincent provided them both with their own box of crayons and paper. Who does that? I agreed to allow my wife to sit in on the meeting. She knew everything any way. I told him the situation and how foolish I was. I expected that Vincent would tell me the same story as all the others. But he didn't. I showed him my paperwork and at one point he smiled a bit. He explained to me that my charges were serious and said that although prison was a possibility, his goal would be to resolve the case as painlessly as possible. Then Vincent's demeanor became serious. He quoted his fee to handle the case. It was on the high end of all the other lawyer's I talked to EXCEPT he said to us, "how much can you REALISTICALLY afford to pay in payments to me?" He then looked at us both and said, "I know times are tough, I know what it's like growing up working to make ends meet. I saw my parents work 18 hour days just to make sure we kids were alright." Vincent then shocked me and said," I know you aren't going to run on me. I don't want you to lose your house, or let the kids go without just to pay me $500 a month. Pay me what you can, when you can." My wife and I both were almost in tears. We gave him only half of what all the others wanted upfront. And I will never forget these words he said as I left his office, " You hired me. Now it's my job to WORRY about your case, not you. You take care of your family. " THe next week, my wife and I met him in the courthouse. He definitely looked like a lawyer that day. And it seemed everyone, from the judge to the DA, to all the other lawyers seemed to be happy to see him. He talked to the DA a bit, and then walked over to us. He was smiling. He said, "You just happened to get a DA that knows the value of a case and a judge that is fair." We came back in 2 weeks. I had done what Vincent told me to do, paid fines and fees. Vincent then walked me outside and said "you're done, stay out of any more trouble." My case was dismissed. I was shocked. My wife was shocked. She cried and hugged him. Both my kids hugged him. He shook my hand and left. I still owe Vincent and am paying him slowly but surely. Vincent is a Godsend. Thank you Mr. Ginn.

Amazing, Personable, Funny and a GREAT Lawyer!

I had a Ticket for rear ending someone. No damage, no-one was hurt but I got an estimated $1100 fine for not having NV license plates and $250 fine for tapping the bumper. Went to court myself (which I do not recommend) and like a dummy pleaded not guilty. No other Lawyer would take my case. Vinc...ent Ginn is my hero! He went to pretrial for me and reduced my ticket to $75 and no points! I recommend you hire Vincent the first time. Never go to court on your own! Thanks Vincent!

"Vincent is a fierce advocate. Vincent is not only a fierce advocate for his clients, but he is also one of the most liked individuals in the courthouse. This is a very important attribute for a criminal defense attorney in Las Vegas. When Vincent was a prosecutor, I had several cases with him. He was always very well-prepared and was aware of the strengths and weaknesses of both parties. These skills serve him well now that he is defending those accused of committing crimes."

"I endorse this lawyer's work. As a former prosecutor, Vinny is aware of a case's value and how to best represent his client. His is a forceful, respectful and supportive approach to a criminal case that gives his client the best that you can expect or hope for. I have no problem referring cases to his office nor do I doubt that the client will be in the very best of hands."
