Vincent Ginn is an incredible attorney. He is attentive and compassionate. Never having any legal trouble I was in the dark when it came to finding an attorney for my DUI case. I interviewed several attorneys with the same result, cheap talk and no game plan. Finally, one of my wife's client referred me to Vinny Ginn. Upon meeting with Vince, he listened in detail to my s...cenario, explaining to him how a dinner function with some family while having a few glasses of wine put me in a bad situation when I got pulled over for an illegal turn. While explaining the details of my case, Vincent's demeanor quickly turned enthusiastic as he found several loopholes in the way Metro handled my denial to give a breathalyzer and forcing me to submit blood against my will at the Detention Center. He had an immediate gameplan, actually several game plans, letting me know that the legal process may take some time but in the end he felt extremely confident he could get my DUI charge dropped to a misdemeanor. We filed contingencies, all the while Vinny kept me informed. Anytime I had a question, he would call me back immediately. Well after almost two years of fighting my case for me, he was able to pull off Exactly what weset out to accomplish. NO DUI only a misdemeanor. So, if anyone out there tells you it's impossible to have a DUI reduced, think again. What makes Vinny a two headed monster is the experience he has from both sides of the law. He informed me that before becoming a defense attorney, he worked as a prosecutor and I quickly realized the advantage of having a lawyer that knows how to think like a prosecutor. Most attorneys take your money and run. My impression is Vince takes each case on with a sense of determination to win. At the end of the day, I can't thank Vinny enough. I am a strong advocate against anyone drinking and driving and feel I learned something valuable from this experience. Vincent Ginn first helped me a number of years ago with some legal documents that were written in a way that only a lawyer would understand.
