Willful negligence & legal malpractice

Mr. Robert Nersesian not only “ did not” represent me zealously but he willfully and intentionally caused harm to my case with his actions that are counter to his oath, responsibilities, and accountability’s under Nevada law. Important, vital dates were allowed to expire intentionally, A failure to... bring vital witnesses to deposition during the discovery phase, A failure to obtain relevant evidence along with a failure to file any motions to produce info timely, breached attorney/ client privileged private information shared with the opposing counsel, Failure to return client paid retainer fee on a signed contingency agreement claiming it as a personal bonus for himself, Case abandonment causing prejudice to my ability to retain new counsel at a crucial time within my case, Intentional Age and Gender discrimination claiming because I was a successful “white women” of “mature age” my case somehow was not worth the case of his black client who had a similar case as mine, Abusive retaliation for not agreeing to settle my case with another case he was representing another client in against my same defendant, Gross negligence in handling my case as a whole by not knowing whom had been served on the case and many other violations while representing me in my case. A detailed complaint is being filed with the Nevada State Bar along with evidence that will validate my complaint. I additionally discovered that there is a widespread problem in Nevada of attorneys and judges having back door conversations & relationships that are detrimental to the rule of law being upheld and seeks to alter legal case outcomes leaving people unrepresented, vulnerable and the scales of Justice tipped with willful intent.

Rude

How he speaks and corresponds is in a degrading manner and he is tactless.

No One Could have Done a Better Job

Robert A. Nersesian, Esq., was retained for my Federal Case. He was able to win on liability against the Corporate Defendants early on; the Judge Granted us Summary Judgment months before trial thanks to his mastery of Federal Law.

Attorney Par Excellence

Robert A. Nersesian, Esq., was retained to issue an expert opinion in accord with the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, to be generated as an initial expert report regarding the alleged legal malpractice of a Las Vegas attorney. He was imminently qualified as he had previously represented plaintiff...s and defendants in liability/negligence actions, and had been practicing substantive law for thirty (30) years. His report was par excellence. He reviewed documents from the matter, gave the Scope of the report and then proceeded with substantiating Background, followed by his expert Opinion. The content was impressive, made even more so by the high degree of his knowledge of the law and his command of the English language. His review was thorough, accurate, to the point and conclusive. I could not have asked for, nor received, a review more acceptable or more helpful. His supplement review, in the nature of a rebuttal expert to the opinions of opposing attorney, was equally impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Nersesian to anyone, from the simplest case to the most challenging or unorthodox. Whatever the situation, I am thoroughly convinced that he can handle it with the utmost efficiency, ease, and with superb composition and performance.
