Michael Gregory Roitman

I was born and raised in Nevada, but I began my career in Manhattan Big Law. Working on high-stakes deals at break-neck speeds, I learned the importance of diligence, attention to detail, and professionalism. Since returning home to Las Vegas, I have brought that standard of excellence to my clients combined with the familial attitude of a boutique law firm. The foundation of my practice is building on-going relationships and consistently demonstrating to my clients that they are getting what they need for the project at hand.

Many of my clients, mostly start-ups and other small-medium sized businesses rely on me, as outside counsel, to serve as their in-house and general counsel. In order to do this, I work closely with them to gain a deep understanding of their business activities and objectives. This allows me to provide focused, cost-effective legal advice on the issues confronting my clients as they arise.
