John Gordon was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada - one of the few Las Vegas natives. He graduated from Gorman High School in 1988 and the University of San Diego in 1992. Following in his family's footsteps, John attended and graduated from law school at Stetson University College of Law (which is consistently ranked in the top 100 law schools by U.S. News and World Report, and was ranked #1 for Trial Advocacy and #5 for Legal Writing in 2007 by the same publication), St. Petersburg, Florida, in 1995.
