Gary A. Modafferi

I hired Gary to represent my son, who is not a NV resident, but got himself into some trouble while vacationing in NV. Gary went above and beyond for my son. He consulted external resources and helped set up an alternative to jail time which, was crucial and very beneficial in this case. Gary helped ...with all interstate transitioning and worked with our local attorney as needed. The case was ongoing as probation was a factor; over the course of 5 years, Gary was always available and genuinely concerned and interested in providing the best legal representation for my son. Gary represented me on a false claim of domestic violence by a woman who was also stalking me. This was a very delicate case and time sensitive.
