Gary A. Modafferi

I hired Gary for my son in his juvenile court case. I cannot say enough about this man. He truly had our back and gave our case 100%. He always updated us and was always in touch. Whenever I would call and request information, I got a call back right away explaining all information. He also made... us feel at ease going through this process as he is such a loving and caring individual. He walked us through this process step by step. It was never about money in this case, Gary made it about what was right and did everything in his power to fight. We made the right choice and would definitely recommend Gary.

I never had to hire any type of Attorney before my case and I made a great choice. I found Gary, thanks to Von the computer genius, who told us how amazing he was. I was facing serious Felonies and didn't know what to expect. Gary actually gave us his personal phone so we could get a hold of him and ...ask him anything we needed! That was probably the best thing to happen during the case as he kept us at ease and answered any questions no matter how silly they sounded. Before Preliminary, he told us the possible outcomes and kept everything real with us, he fought for my case and gave me and my Family our lives back. Thanks to him we can breath again, hes also very friendly and just a great guy in general. I highly recommend Mr. Modaferri, you cant go wrong with him!

I am really not sure how anyone could ever hire this attorney! Gary Modafferi took my fees (and still wanted more! Even after he "allegedly" breached the contract I had made with him by ENTERING THE WRONG PLEA FOR MY HUSBAND IN COURT, COSTING US JAIL TIME, FEES, & NOW I'M HAVING TO "FIX" THE PROBLEM ...WITH A SEPARATE ATTORNEY! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!! DO NOT DO IT! I AM WRITING THIS BECAUSE EVEN WITH WITNESSES TO THE DIRECTION I GAVE GARY MODAFFERI, TO PLEAD NOT GUILTY FOR MY HUSBAND, HE ***STILL*** PLED MY HUSBAND NO LO CONTENDRE (WHICH MAY AS WELL BE GUILTY WE FOUND)!!! THE KICKER IS MY HUSBAND HAD A "SPECIAL NEED" SO HE COULDN'T TELL WHAT GARY HAD PLED FOR HIM IN COURT.... SO WE WERE TOLD THE "CHARGES WERE DISMISSED".... GUESS WHAT?? THEY WEREN'T!!!! I DONT WANT THIS ****"ALLEGED" DISHONESTY***** TO AFFECT ANYONE ELSE ADVERSELY!!! SO HEED MY WARNING OR YOU COULD BE IN MY POSITION! (I didn't even want to enter 1 star but this system forced me too!!!)

Gary represented me on a false claim of domestic violence by a woman who was also stalking me. This was a very delicate case and time sensitive. I gave Gary the evidence I had and he went above and beyond spending time researching and keeping me up too date at all times by phone and in the office wh...ere he also made me feel I was in safe hands. On the day of court I knew in my heart I was innocent but Gary absolutely blew me away with his talent as a lawyer and regardless of the fact I was completely innocent there was no way the accuser stood a chance and I think everyone knew it in the court room that he was in complete control and there to win. As a result that’s exactly what he did “WIN” and on top of that he was spoke some of the most kindest words to me on the walk out. I have known a lot of Lawer’s though business, I can tell you I’ve never met one like Gary and doubt I ever will. I highly recommend him and will never be able to thank him enough.

I was in some legal trouble early last year and had Gary referred to me. I was filled with anxiety up until I met him at his office. He was very attentive and also very knowledgeable. He assured me he would do anything in his power to help me. After I left I felt like a weight had been lifted and tha...t I was in good hands. While waiting on the courts he always kept in contact and filled me in on any new developments. He ended up getting me a better outcome than I had anticipated and I know that if I ever need legal counsel again I will be using him and referring him to anyone that needs it as well.
