My accident happened 1 year ago. I was involved in a car/pedestrian accident that resulted in injury. When I called to see if I even had a case, from the first hello everyone at this firm treated me with respect and they all had a caring nature regarding what had happened. I was given call backs wi...thin a decent time period, all my concerns were met, me being the victim in this accident they explained and handled everything so I was worry free. They set me up with excellent doctors and my treatments were actually pleasant to go to. I've already recommend this firm to a few friends of mine and even though my case is finally done and closed I will return if ever needed,hopefully not,but I hold a high respect for everyone who handled my case.

I hired Ed Bernstein's office after a drunk driver crossed the center lane and totaled my car. They came to my house and we did all the paperwork. The claim took over a year to be settled which is normal from what I hear. Every month Nina from the office called to see how I was recovering and give me... updates on the how the claim was progressing. Nina always called me back to answer any questions I had in between the monthly updates. I was very pleased with how my case came out and always felt like a priority.
