Edward Marc Bernstein

This case started in September of 2015. I was injured on the job by a company I will keep confidential for now. This case is still pending with a different attorney due to the miss handling by Rebekah Rini. After I continually called Rebekah Rini several times without her returning my phone calls. i ...had to call upper management to find out what was going on with my case. I found out later that she did not turn in breifs to the opposing attorneys for two years.. She dropped the ball big time. Then a new attorney came in and won the case on October of 2019. Still Rebekah refused to talk with me because I became very angry. that we could have won the case two years ago. I filed a complaint with the State Bar to no avail. It went no where. Then ED Bernstein & Assoc. dropped my case and kicked me to the curb. No good for nothing attorneys. Rebekah Rini is worthless, I would not hire her to fight a traffic citation. What kind of an attorney wins a case after 5 years and drops their client. If you hire ED Bernstein and Assoc. then you be foolish.

I absolutely loved my experience with them. I started off with a different lawrys office that weren't doing much for me and my mother. After a month I switched to Ed Bernstein and right away Nina got started on getting a check for my truck that was totaled. They did more for us in a week then my firs...t lawrys did in a month. They also kept in contact with us and let us know the status of everything. I'm satisfied with the amount of money I received and I highly recommend hiring them.

What I appreciate about Edward Bernstein was the clear direction from the beginning. The focus was to get me to the doctors needed. No false hopes were given to me. My case went ahead on its own merits. I liked that very much. My injury was assessed by Doctors and when there was holdups from the insu...rance. Ed Bernstein was there to move things along. They fought for the right medical care I needed. The case went along for more than 3 and half years, if I did not have representation it would have been much longer. Until I hired Ed Bernstein Dr. care was misdirected (in my opinion). I felt well protected with Ed Bernstein throughout the process.
