Daniel Marks

Hired him to handle my divorce based on the hype. Biggest mistake of my life! He can be good if he wants to, but he has reached an age where all he cares about is taking your money. Fighting for you is not worth his breath. He massively butchered my case, never defended me when the other side attacke...d me, and never attacked the other side. All he cares about is to look good himself to other lawyers and the judges, and he will sacrifice your interests in the process. That's how he keeps his hype alive. The only time you'll see him aggressive is when he sends his goons after you if it takes you more than half an hour to pay his absurdly over-inflated bills after he sends them to you. Do yourself a favor, hire a lawyer who will actually fight for you! Do not believe the hype that surrounds this guy.

I used Daniel Marks for my divorce. When my Ex-Husband left he took every penny I had and Daniel worked a payment plan out with me. Daniel Marks was excellent in the court room he knows what he is doing and does it well. A few years after my divorce I had to go back to court for a modification which ...I gladly hired Daniel Marks again and gladly paid his retainer. I was shocked when the court case was over and Daniel Marks refunded half of my retainer. I have hired other lawyers in the past and weather they earned the whole retainer or not have never given me a refund. Daniel Marks is honest and worth every penny I highly recommend using him.

I have found Daniel Marks to be a great lawyer , he is excellent in court room . I am very satisfied with ability to focus on the issues , and taking the time to educate me on the process and current Family court law & trends . You might find a cheaper divorce lawyer , But Won't find a better lawyer .... Sincerely

This attorney Dan Marks mentally abused me when I was at his office for an employment law issue. I paid him $200.00 for an office consultation. I lost my job and had no money. He told me to make copies of the College of Southern Nevada documents and bring them down and he will represent me. I spent ...the entire day at the copy store making copies thinking he would help me. The receptionist said if I pay him $200.00 then he will help me, so borrowed the money from my credit card and took the bus there because I do not have a car. I walked out of his office literally shaking and crying from him yelling at me and his office staff staring me down. He takes money from indigent unemployed woman. He is a bad person. It still bothers me to this day and it has been several years since I was in his office and he cursed and yelled at me. I've never been yelled at and cursed at by a man, the way this attorney Dan Marks yelled at me.

Expensive, smart, highly skilled. Used him for a divorce case and burned through more cash that seems reasonable (no kids involved) but in the end he covered my interests very well. Also handled post case pop up issues for no extra charge....1-2 years later, still got service, no charge, treated me... like I was number 1. Dan spoke to me personally whenever i needed it and his staff was solid too.
