I wanna say thanks to Daniel, and Nicole. They handled my case professionally, its still not done, but they know their stuff and it was a great relief. My case is very big and complex, they had handled it with precision and knew when to strike. I appreciate them both for the hard work they did fo...r my case!

Hired Daniel Marks to represent me. I don't think I could've hired a more worthless and incompetent lawyer. It was a big waste of money for him help lose the case. He was too busy with his head up his young associate Nicole all the time. I was embarrassed for him. I could have easily done a better j...ob by myself. I don't think anyone should waste a dime on this guy. Buyer beware!

This old man came with solid references, they had to have been from long ago. Instead of fighting for a fair divorce settlement he folded much like the cheap suits he wears. I didn't receive reimbursement for medical costs as ordered - he didn't even ask for this at trial. $10,000 gone. Any resistanc...e he came against he flat out gave in. After a barely fair Judge decided order, this man sold everything I was awarded back to the plaintiff in exchange for the quickest collection of his inflated fees. His explanation of getting me a better deal than what had been ordered was the ultimate slap in the face. Without making any reference to the total revision of my decree he had me sign this 45 page document; including initializing a statement saying that I have had outside counsel review the document. I asked about that odd statement & got the clipped reply "Legal jargon, now sign here". I did not receive advice about the responsibilities this document committed me to, what rights I had or that he had made it unmodifiable. Mr Marks was aware that additional provisions had been allowed for in 3 years and that I would not be looking for all of the changes he took to several Judges for approval. Three years later would be too late to cause any corrections no matter how blantly biased they were. This old man will be haunted during his golden years of retirement knowing that rather than securing my future he got a few dollars more. Please seek the representation of a first year law student before you consider putting your future into the hands of this unconscionable leech looking to get just a few dollars more.

Hired him to handle my divorce based on the hype. Biggest mistake of my life! He can be good if he wants to, but he has reached an age where all he cares about is taking your money. Fighting for you is not worth his breath. He massively butchered my case, never defended me when the other side attacke...d me, and never attacked the other side. All he cares about is to look good himself to other lawyers and the judges, and he will sacrifice your interests in the process. That's how he keeps his hype alive. The only time you'll see him aggressive is when he sends his goons after you if it takes you more than half an hour to pay his absurdly over-inflated bills after he sends them to you. Do yourself a favor, hire a lawyer who will actually fight for you! Do not believe the hype that surrounds this guy.

I used Daniel Marks for my divorce. When my Ex-Husband left he took every penny I had and Daniel worked a payment plan out with me. Daniel Marks was excellent in the court room he knows what he is doing and does it well. A few years after my divorce I had to go back to court for a modification which ...I gladly hired Daniel Marks again and gladly paid his retainer. I was shocked when the court case was over and Daniel Marks refunded half of my retainer. I have hired other lawyers in the past and weather they earned the whole retainer or not have never given me a refund. Daniel Marks is honest and worth every penny I highly recommend using him.
