I am very satisfied with ability to focus on the issues , and taking the time to educate me on the process and current Family court law & trends . This attorney Dan Marks mentally abused me when I was at his office for an employment law issue. I paid him $200.00 for an office consultation. I lost my job and had no money. He told me to make copies of the College of Southern Nevada documents and bring them down and he will represent me. I spent ...the entire day at the copy store making copies thinking he would help me. The receptionist said if I pay him $200.00 then he will help me, so borrowed the money from my credit card and took the bus there because I do not have a car. I walked out of his office literally shaking and crying from him yelling at me and his office staff staring me down. He takes money from indigent unemployed woman. He is a bad person. It still bothers me to this day and it has been several years since I was in his office and he cursed and yelled at me. I've never been yelled at and cursed at by a man, the way this attorney Dan Marks yelled at me.
