Vincent J Kostiw

Vincent is a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he received his Juris Doctorate (JD) degree, which is the law school of Loyola Marymount University, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

He's a member of State Bar of Nevada, and its Probate and Trust Law, Business Law, and Intellectual Property Law sections.

Vincent is licensed to practice before all the courts, state and federal, in the State of Nevada.

His professional background is in the music ('RockStar' explained), film, and motorsports industries, which have allowed him practical experience understanding of the importance of protecting business operations and intellectual property, such as trademark, trade secrets, and copyright.

He has also cared for aging and disabled family members, which gives him experience with the ins-and-outs of dealing with life challenges in these stages, and the importance of professional planning for smooth, private transitions in the inevitable future.

He's been involved in various businesses and industries as an entrepreneur since his first business, which was a newspaper route at age twelve.

Vincent made Southern Nevada home, with his family, in 2001. Prior to that he lived in Southern California, and grew up in Queens, New York.
