William West Allen

Mr. Allen is a partner at Howard & Howard PLLC.  Mr. Allen’s practice focuses on intellectual property and all related federal litigation. He has extensive experience resolving intellectual property disputes concerning trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade dress, trade secrets, domain names, rights of publicity, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices or other business claims, as well as Constitutional law issues. Mr. Allen also represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His clients have included numerous publicly traded media, financial, consumer electronic, transportation, telecommunications, and entertainment corporations, as well as multinational resorts, banks, manufacturing and real estate development companies.

Mr. Allen has extensive experience representing clients in disputes involving temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, especially those involving foreign companies at international trade shows.
