I was referred to Mrs. Dawson by a separate party as a good fit to my child custody/ relocation case so I hired her on the spot and I’m glad I did. Not only did she win my case and got me everything I asked for, but she did it with the utmost integrity and professionalism. She is extremely punctual a...nd organized, which is my favorite thing about her, right along with her drive. I could tell right away, she does not like to lose, so I had faith that she would fight for me as hard as she could, and she did not disappoint. She strives for greatness and her standards are high, so I wasn’t surprised at all to find that her paralegal, Ms. Mora, was just as hard working, punctual, and the perfect balance of professional and compassionate. Situations like this are never easy for the parties involved but with every email and every phone call, even if it was just a minor concern to ease my own mind, Ms. Mora never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or a hassle, never rushed me off the phone, and always made my concerns a priority, no matter how minuscule. I hope I am never in the situation where I need to go through this process again, but if I ever am, I will 100% be hiring her again. You truly do get what you pay for and for the outcome that she delivered, I would’ve happily paid twice as much.

Danielle always provided me with honest feedback that was based on the law, even when it wasn't what I wanted to hear. We were up against a crazy and emotional (bully) attorney, but Danielle stayed calm and worked through the case logically. She listens and then responds by explaining the realistic... possible outcomes, while also explaining the available options to take. Danielle was always prepared, knowing just how to respond in court. I appreciated the honesty and the fairness Danielle and her staff provided to me during my case. I also appreciate how fair they were in their billing too. I will never find another attorney, as Danielle is simply the best.

I was with Ms.Dawson for almost 2 years and have experience with being represented from another divorce lawyer. I had a major snag up with bad or untrue advice or direction from Ms.Dawson's paralegal. The paralegal told me that I could "withdraw" the counter claim or divorce at "anytime." Event...ually, when I asked to have the counterclaim withdrawn, I was told that "isn't possible." And, that blew up any chance of reconciliation during one of the positive ebbs of the separation. But, I was given a refund or some credits for the bad advice. With all lawyers or paralegals; be careful of what your told over the phone or in person. If they won't communicate over email, there might be a reason or to limit liability. In my experience you're more likely to get better information or advice if it's via email or in writing. Ms.Dawson was able to settle my divorce out of court and kept me out of court as I wanted, during the 21 months of her representation. Ms.Dawson, will do everything possible to not inflate your expense and keep your case out of court if possible and if that's what you want. In 21 months, I never felt that Ms.Dawson ever did anything to inflate my expense to pad her pockets nor was my expense inflated because of incompetence. However, there were snag ups with the paralegal, that I felt inflated expenses, but some of it was because of my indecisiveness. However, I was always given credit when I pointed things out. Ms.Dawson is a good lawyer and would definately make a good judge or have my vote.

Going through a rough patch in my life and needing a divorce attorney, a friend suggested that I should contact Attorney Danielle Dawson. I had contacted several other divorce Attorney but I hired Miss Dawson. It was one of the best decisions I made. Miss Dawson from the very beginning, looked out fo...r my best interest. Whenever I had a question, Miss Dawson or her assistant Jaqualine Mora was quick to respond. Miss Dawson fought for my rights and refused to let opposing councel get away with unreasonable and ridiculous request during my seperation period. Miss Dawson continued to keep me fully informed throughout the process of the divorce. As everyone knows, a divorce is costly but Miss Dawson and her office have worked with me with my specific budget. Miss Dawson has done everything possible to keep my fees at a reasonable and affordable rate. It should be noted that my divorce was somewhat difficult. There were times when I just want to throw my hands up and give in to opposing councel demands, just to get the divorce over with. Miss Dawson and Miss Mora were very supportive and understood my frustration. Miss Dawson fought and fought hard for my rights. Because of Danielle Dawson and her staff, I have a promising future to look forward to. I would recommend Danielle Dawson to any of my family or friends who would need a Attorney.

I hired Ms. Dawson about a year ago and how awful! I regret it so much. All she did for me was leave me with a big debt that never seems to go down as of this day. She never had any of the paperwork ready the times we went to court and always blamed it on the "secretary" as if she was the one I hired... right? I do NOT recommend her, she's too young and that's probably why she can get things right.
