Biography
I am focused on the welfare and best outcomes of my clients. I have represented many of the same clients for over two decades regarding hundreds of matters. My focus is on construction, surety and insurance. My firm also represents small businesses healthcare providers, and property managers. The fact that we have represented so many clients for so long regarding hundreds of matters is a reflection of the service we provide.
I was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1987, the Nevada State Bar in 1988, the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada and U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit in 1992, the U.S. Claims Court and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1993, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2014.

He worries about the client
I have been Kurt's client for a while now. I really appreciate all the effort he puts on helping my company be on top of things. Most of the services we require are mechanics liens and I will give him 5 stars on his work on those!

The best of the best
I second the comment about good sense of humor. He definitely has a good sense of humor. But on top of that he is a great lawyer. When I was changing companies and I needed help with the paperwork he helped me in no time. I greatly appreciate his help.

Wonderful Lawyer
