I am focused on the welfare and best outcomes of my clients. I have represented many of the same clients for over two decades regarding hundreds of matters. My focus is on construction, surety and insurance. My firm also represents small businesses healthcare providers, and property managers. The fact that we have represented so many clients for so long regarding hundreds of matters is a reflection of the service we provide.
I was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1987, the Nevada State Bar in 1988, the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada and U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit in 1992, the U.S. Claims Court and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1993, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2014.

Mr. Faux was indispensable in helping one of my clients obtain due compensation despite the dishonest actions taken by another party. My client was thrilled with Mr. Faux’s results and for me having directed the client to Mr. Faux. He was candid in his recommendations and truly put himself in the client's shoes during the entire process.
