He worries about the client

I have been Kurt's client for a while now. I really appreciate all the effort he puts on helping my company be on top of things. Most of the services we require are mechanics liens and I will give him 5 stars on his work on those!

The best of the best

I second the comment about good sense of humor. He definitely has a good sense of humor. But on top of that he is a great lawyer. When I was changing companies and I needed help with the paperwork he helped me in no time. I greatly appreciate his help.

Wonderful Lawyer

Kurt is very helpful and explains his recommendations in a way that I can understand and I feel confident in how I proceed. I never doubt that he has my best interest in mind. He has a great sense of humor to boot!

Great lawyer

He is very helpful, explains everything in a simple way so that you can understand it, but without leaving important information. I highly recommend him as a lawyer, he is experienced, honest, hard working and trustworthy.

"Mr. Faux was indispensable in helping one of my clients obtain due compensation despite the dishonest actions taken by another party. My client was thrilled with Mr. Faux’s results and for me having directed the client to Mr. Faux. He was candid in his recommendations and truly put himself in the client's shoes during the entire process."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
