Kari T. Molnar

I would be more disappointed in Kari Molnars service and "professional" conduct. I did my homework on her. Read the reviews on this site and many others. Watched her videos on youtube. Met with her for a face to face and she came off as very sincere and genuine. Filled me with confidence that she wo...uld be able to handle my case and finally start giving me positive results. Well to sum things up I had Kari for about 4 months of that time she did absolutely nothing but my my situation worse. It got to the point where she basically told me that there is nothing more she can do. That my ex is pretty much going to screw me over completely and there is nothing that can be done about it and that's just life. Needless to say I was very upset. I decided to terminate her services and seek a new council that could and would be able to handle the needs of my case better. Flash forward almost a year later and my soon to be ex wife finds Kari's email address off one of the documents that got submitted to court and decides to email her asking her for information related to my case! Can you believe that? And Kari goes through the effort of looking it up a year in history finding said emails and giving them to her! Now she is using these emails which should have been kept between client and attorney only as evidence against me in a nasty custody/jurisdiction battle. I can't not believe this. Not only does this violate the trust of privacy between client and attorney. It is morally and ethically just wrong. I can't believe a family lawyer could betray a client as such. She should have her license yanked!!

There is no B.S. with Kari. She was honest with me on all issues and fought very hard for what I wanted. Cutting a check for an attorney can be a painful process. However, if you have to go through a divorce, knowing your interests are being aggressively represented--be it negotiating a settlement or... if you have to fight it out in court--provides a peace of mind that you can't put a price tag on. I'd highly recommend Kari to anyone.

She is by far the best family law lawyer. She knows her cases in and out and is honest from the start. She is not misleading and is always on top of every action needed for the case. She fought very hard to get me joint custody of my children as their mother was trying to relocate out of state. She w...as able to get child support deviated, didn't have to pay spousal, and in the end got joint legal and joint physical custody of my children. I would not have gone anywhere else and is worth every penny.
