Hands down the best attorney I have ever had! From the moment I had my consultation with her what worry I had was gone. I have never had an attorney care about my son and myself the way she did. She has the best courtroom etiquette and does not get nasty to where the judge gets upset. She comes with ...facts and for me when she spoke about my case I swear it felt like she has known me my whole life. I would recommend Kari to everyone, and when the time comes (which it will) she will be my first call. Kari is the most knowledgeable attorney that I have come across during my 2-year (and counting) divorce/custody case. She will answer all of your questions honestly, LISTEN, and get to know everything about you, your children, and your ex. She will tell you what is REALISTIC and what is not. A lot o...f other attorney’s will tell you what you want to hear, to get you in the door, only to withdrawal once they have racked up a nice little bill for their firm with none of the promises they made you fulfilled! Kari always tries to settle issues outside the courtroom first, but if that doesn’t work and she feels the other side isn’t acting in “Good Faith” she will take your case to court. This is not to say, that once you get in front of a judge it will go your way, but she will go in there fighting, prepared and with what’s in the best interest for you and your children. She is a REMARKABLE negotiator and will not be bullied nor intimidated by other larger firms. Additionally, she will not unnecessarily bury you in attorney fees, which can add stress to an already extremely stressful situation. In my own personal case, she made fools of 5 (FIVE) other attorneys’ and knew the law verbatim! Other attorneys misjudge Kari because she is young and pretty… this only leads to their own downfall not to mention a good laugh leaving the courtroom!

I would be more disappointed in Kari Molnars service and "professional" conduct. I did my homework on her. Read the reviews on this site and many others. Watched her videos on youtube. Met with her for a face to face and she came off as very sincere and genuine. Filled me with confidence that she wo...uld be able to handle my case and finally start giving me positive results. Well to sum things up I had Kari for about 4 months of that time she did absolutely nothing but my my situation worse. It got to the point where she basically told me that there is nothing more she can do. That my ex is pretty much going to screw me over completely and there is nothing that can be done about it and that's just life. Needless to say I was very upset. I decided to terminate her services and seek a new council that could and would be able to handle the needs of my case better. Flash forward almost a year later and my soon to be ex wife finds Kari's email address off one of the documents that got submitted to court and decides to email her asking her for information related to my case! Can you believe that? And Kari goes through the effort of looking it up a year in history finding said emails and giving them to her! Now she is using these emails which should have been kept between client and attorney only as evidence against me in a nasty custody/jurisdiction battle. I can't not believe this. Not only does this violate the trust of privacy between client and attorney. It is morally and ethically just wrong. I can't believe a family lawyer could betray a client as such. She should have her license yanked!!

She is by far the best family law lawyer. She knows her cases in and out and is honest from the start. She is not misleading and is always on top of every action needed for the case. She fought very hard to get me joint custody of my children as their mother was trying to relocate out of state. She w...as able to get child support deviated, didn't have to pay spousal, and in the end got joint legal and joint physical custody of my children. I would not have gone anywhere else and is worth every penny.
