Very positive experience!

Mr. Wilson took care of 2 cases for me. I had a warrant that he got quashed for me right away, and a new case. I didn't have to make a single court appearance for about 6 months, just had to show up for my trial date for the new case. Everything was handled with professionalism & he did his best to s...ee to it that I got the absolute best possible outcome for both cases. He was affordable and allowed me to set up a payment plan which was great, I couldn't have hired counsel if it weren't for that. With the amount of court appearances made on my behalf, I feel like I got more than my money's worth. Mr. Wilson knows what he's doing in the court room & I am grateful for his help & guidance throughout this process.

Need a lawyer first time hands down the best

The help I needed with a DUI

I was facing a DUI (1st) and Battery with a Deadly Weapon (due to an auto accident as a result of the DUI). I appreciated the direct and honest approach of Cox & Wilson, they didn’t over promise, I knew what to expect when I arrived at court. The attorney I worked with, Justin Wilson, responded to... my communications in a timely manner and met me at court exactly when he said. Mr. Wilson made a recommendation in regards to a training I should take and that helped in the negotiations. Additionally, the pricing was fair and Cox & Wilson was very clear about what circumstances would trigger additional charges. Fortunately, due to Cox & Wilson negotiating and me doing the recommended items things turned out the best they could without any additional lawyer fees.

The outcome in my opinion was extraordinary!

I own a tech company and retained Justin Wilson initially to defend my company from a customer who was threatening to sue my company for over six figures and refusing to pay his final bill (several thousand dollars). I have been in business for almost 15 years and I am 45 years old and had never been... sued, or threatened to be sued before so needless to say I was clueless on what to do and extremely worried because my business supports my family. Justin Wilson came to my office and reviewed my contract with my customer, the work performed by my company and the software solution we delivered. In our meeting Justin Wilson determined that the customer was actually in breach of contract and not only offered to defend me but also developed and executed a plan that avoided litigation and resulted in the customer paying the money he owed my company. I was truly impressed with the way Justin Wilson was able to sit with me and review the contract, the entire complex software development project we delivered, comprehend everything; then come up with his solution that resulted in no litigation and my customer paying his balance that he owed. The outcome in my opinion was extraordinary! Justin Wilson was able get my customer to stop the threats and pay what he owed and I couldn't be happier.
