An attorney that really cares!

I got multiple bogus felony charges over in Boulder City that included burglary which is capable of jeopardizing my future.. Charges that I was in no way being guilty of whatsoever. so I began to shop around for an attorney to help prove my innocence and I was being quoted over 10 grand to help me f...ix this problem.. I was devastated.. Then I found Justin Wilson over at Cox@Wilson. During our consultation I was on the phone crying hysterical, he heard my story with care and he seemed to be the first attorney to even hear me out and believe me when I told him I didn’t do it. After talking to him he made me feel a lot better and we agreed that I would only pay him for work done nothing near to what I was being quoted. The case dragged for over 6months but Justin went to court for me and communicated with me along the way. He even showed up at CCDC when i was having a problem doing a court ordered OR release there. The day of the prelim hearing Justin managed to get all the felony charges dismissed by the prosecutor. Everything happened so fast before I knew it I was shaking Justin’s hand and telling him it was a pleasure working for him. If you got a legal problem Justin is your guy!! When I want my record to be sealed Justin Wilson will definitely who I call.

Case Dismissed

I cannot recommend Justin W. Wilson as a trial lawyer enough. For the vast majority of situations, you do want a trial lawyer even if you feel it's probable that it won't go to trial. The reason is that if you get a lawyer who is good at making deals to avoid trial, you are in trouble if the case doe...s not settle before trial. Then your case gets passed off to a different set of lawyers (possibly Justin), and that different set of lawyers is behind the power curve because they haven't been working on the case from the very beginning. When I came into his office, he clearly articulated the case's strengths and weaknesses while maintaining complete honesty and transparency. I think it’s typically a bad sign if the lawyer promises you everything instead of letting you know what can go wrong up front. Justin has a wealth of experience between being both a DA for 2 years and a defense attorney for 4 years. In addition, he graduated from Syracuse, which has one of the nation's top advocacy programs; his advocacy skills showed through his representation. He is also totally honest about what he has expertise in and is willing to give referrals to other great lawyers if your issues aren’t within his realm of expertise. All that said, he has a huge breadth and depth of knowledge when it comes to the criminal justice system. Throughout the process, he was always available to talk if I was feeling stressed over something and he got the ideal result by getting the case dismissed.

Need a lawyer first time hands down the best
