Bankruptcy and Debt 51%

We provide compassionate, highly personalized legal services to consumers struggling with debt and those considering bankruptcy. Certain debts, such as past-due taxes and student loans, can be troublesome for many consumers. Moreover, the law treats different types of debts differently, both in and outside of bankruptcy. I provide advice and guidance to consumers struggling with debt issues. We are a debt relief agency. Where appropriate, we help people file for bankruptcy.

Debt Collection 9%

We defend consumers sued by debt collectors. Many consumers are unaware of their legal rights and defenses under the law. Debt buyers -- third-party entities which buy charged-off debts for pennies on the dollar from original creditors -- often are quick to sue consumers. However, the law treats debt buyers differently than original creditors -- and that difference gives rise to legal rights and protections for consumers. I provide legal advice and assistance to consumers struggling with debt.

Exceptional Attorney

I worked with Ms. DeMack in what turned out to be a more complicated legal problem than originally thought. She worked tirelessly for my family and helped us navigate through the frustrating mire. She was incredibly professional, positive, supportive and understanding at all times. I would not hesita...te to recommend Ms. DeMack to anyone needing legal advise or counsel. Ms DeMack is a first-rate attorney who is intelligent and extremely knowledgable about state law as well as federal law.

Much help when we needed it most

Deborah did a great job with helping us through our bankruptcy process. She was very helpful in explaining things and gave us excellent advice when dealing with creditors.

Very Pleased

I don't think I was the average client for Ms. Demack. I wanted to be on the offensive in my defense, which seemed counter-intuitive to the other attorneys I contacted. I had done my research and was comfortable with my arguments, and Ms. Demack not only integrated my arguments with her own proven ...arguments, she kept me grounded when it became necessary. Her pleadings were solid and timely. Ms. Demack was professional and courteous the entire process. I would recommend her to anybody, and I would hire her again if (hopefully not) needed.
