Denise earned both her undergraduate and her law degree from the Univeristy of New Mexico. A member of the Bankruptcy and Solo and Small Firms section of the State Bar of New Mexico, she practices in consumer and business bankruptcy (7,11, and 13) and creditor/debtor rights.
She is admitted in the US District Court, District of New Mexico, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
Denise is compassionate and dedicated to serving each of her clients as fully as possible. She strives to do all that she can for her clients to not only alleviate their financial burdens, but also to make the process as smooth as possible.
