The communication from Sarah and her team was lacking, to say the least. Multiple times throughout the process, I did not hear from them for weeks even when I left messages. I saw her other outstanding reviews, and was hoping for the same treatment. She was easy to contact when needing the initial in...terview, but follow-up was not. She seems to be overbooked or perhaps she just wrote me off. Its difficult for me to understand the lack of professionalism and courtesy when you are charged over $300 an hour and the importance of the legal matter in your life is great.
