Tempermental and over-sensitive
This attorney charges for initial consultations ($275 per hour as of Sept 2011). Very knowledgeable. But when gently queried in advance about billing structure (billing increments, level of detail to expect on invoices, and are all phone calls and emails billable) , became hostile and angry.
