Federal Public Defender had us fearing the worst!
Brian was my sons attorney. We did not have. Confidence in his ability to help my son. He never gave a straight answer or explained things that only made us confused. We felt that because he was throwing in the towel so early in the case. that he didn't. really. have my sons best interest at heart. ...

Attempt at Expungement
Brian Had built what I thought was a bullet-proof case, for my Expungement. He contacted and won approval from all necessary federal agencies,FBI,DOT,Sherriffs attys. But NM courts still would not allow Expung. Because the amount of beaurocracy& B.S. in NM. I do'nt believe any lawyer would have tried...
