Counselor Hartman handle a visitation case for me. Instead of fighting she took the "compromise" approach. I wanted my day in court and the judge to hear my argument. My daughter was involved in a very difficult situation which included my granddaughters and a Florida CYFD (equivalent) case. The court in Florida required that my daughter be divorced before they would close the case. The situation was very difficult given that the father/husband was in jail and d...ifficult to deal with. Timing was critical in that the case had been pending for over a year and another court date was rapidly approaching. I hired P J Hartman, explained the urgency and she and her team quickly went to work. They took a personal interest in the case and worked diligently to get it resolved. They went over and above any expectation; they even went as far as meeting with the father/husband in jail to get him to sign the required documents. This was no easy task but they got it done. In addition, they followed the paperwork closely through the system to ensure every step was completed and in compliance. In the end, we were able to get the required documents to the Florida Courts and I'm happy to report that the Judge in Florida closed the case this past week.
