Eva Katarzyna Blazejewski

Eva brings nearly 20 years of active civil trial experience to your case.

After law school graduation, Eva was offered a prestigious clerkship with the Texas Court of Appeals, where she helped to craft appellate law for the entire state of Texas. After completing her clerkship, Eva moved to Albuquerque to work for a one of the most respected civil defense firms in the state: Madison, Harbour, Mroz & Brennan (now Madison, Mroz, Steinman & Dekleva).

She later became the managing attorney for The Hartford Staff Legal Office in New Mexico, where she defended The Hartford insurance company in all kinds of claims for nearly thirteen years in all judicial districts of the State of New Mexico.

In 2014, Eva made the decision to follow her heart into plaintiff’s practice. She began representing injured people all over the state of New Mexico in claims ranging from car crashes to slips, trips, and falls. She has handled cases involving injuries ranging from whiplash to fatalities, and she has helped injured New Mexicans recover millions of dollars to help put the pieces of their lives back together.

Eva takes her clients’ cases to heart and tirelessly advocates for their causes. She has substantial experience as a trial attorney and she understands how the insurance industry works from the inside out.
