Mr. Gleria and Mr. Mkhitarian make a fantastic defense team. I was facing multiple charges, strong charges, and from the minute I hired their law firm I knew I had made the right decision. On a side note, one of my charges was an aggravated DUI. During my MVD hearing Mr. Gleria calmly and very rationally put the arresting officer in his place. And my license was never revoked. They both pay such strong attention to detail, these two men are the ones you want on your side. I was a client of Mr. Gleria for a speeding ticket case. I did like that he successfully got me a 90-day suspended sentence. All fine so far. However, I did not get good communication from his office. First, although the court case was canceled early pending acceptance of suspended sentence, I was ne...ver notified of this, neither by phone or mail, causing me great anxiety while I waited. It was only after I called his secretary one week before my court date that I found out the court case was canceled. Second, I waited for mailing of court payment instructions as related to the suspended sentence, but did not receive anything. I called his office and was told by his secretary she mailed the documentation. I waited another week, but did not receive. I called again and secretary said she’d mail it again. After another two weeks of not receiving, I called (third time) and was told again it was mailed, but that she’d mail it again. By the time I finally received the mailed court instructions from Mr Gleria’s office I was late with complying with one of two payment requirements, and soon to be late with the court cost payment. I had to call the Court clerk to explain late payment. She told me I had two days left to pay the court costs or unfortunately there would be a bench warrant placed against me. I finally arranged on-line payment, but am not sure what, or if, something will happen with late payment of the other requirement. Not a good experience, for that reason I rate him fair.
