I definitely don't recommend this law office for child custody. I was quoted no more then $2,000.00 I just received a bill for close to $4,000. And I have already paid them $1,800.00 they said they aren't done billing me yet!! They have over charged me on numerous occasions! They switched my atto...rney on me 2 days before my trial and he wasn't even prepared for court. I know this was not my new attorneys fault. Please be very cautious if you choose this law office. This office is terrible. Every time I call to speak with their legal clerk they say “yes she is in the office” yet every time I have called it goes right to voicemail. I am so confused with my case as I have barely had any contact. Haven’t even TALKED to Frank about our case except for the consultati...on. I have zero confidence in this firm representing me. It’s like pulling teeth to even TALK to someone; I have even called various times during the day and sometimes it just rings and rings...I understand people are busy and I am not the only client. I do believe it is customary for an attorney’s office to get back to someone, not just leave them hanging trying to figure it out. I have been led to believe that they could care less about my situation. If I could go back in time I would hire a different attorney whose office is professional and empathetic to a clients needs and concerns.

They commented they come to my home to check on my welfare yet they have never been to my house we have cameras where I live and when I called this LIE out they DELETED every comment I made not knowing I took screen shots and printed everything off. I have given them until Jan 4th to correct the situation or I will be filling a lawsuit for defamation of character! I will also be writing a FORMAL COMPLAINT and a fee arbitration! They have 1 amazing attorney David Bruggensworth that works at his vial place of business!! If you go to them please make sure you talk to him! They have over charged me on numerous occasions!
