Representation

I and my relatives have used this lawyer’s services over the years. We have found him to be knowledgeable, patient and caring. His expertise in the field of bankruptcy and family law is impressive and the results of his representations have been very beneficial. I would definitely recommend this l...awyer for any issues involving domestic relations or bankruptcy.

Affordable, knowledgeable and helpful!

I would highly recommend David Morse as an attorney. He was knowledgeable and very helpful during a rough point in my life and helped me get through the process of bankruptcy with ease. He keeps his cost low to help those in need of legal council and representation. I know many of people that have be...en helped by Mr. Morse and all agree that he is helpful and knowledgeable.

I Recommend Mr. Morse to My Friends

I have consulted Mr. Morse on various matters. I think he is like a small town local practitioner for all the legal woes of the ordinary working people. He has a wide knowledge of the law and when I asked him about a complicated passage in a contract, he explained it clearly, in ordinary language. H...e files paperwork correctly and on time. He tends to my affairs as he would his own. I have consulted him about contracts, bankruptcy, wills, property disputes and recently a bill from the local hospital I used to worry or ask my friends about legal matters. Now I call Mr. Morse and save myself the worry of not knowing the law and I save myself the time, money and trouble of trying to work out the ordinary legal problems that seem small but can quickly become very large and expensive. Just a consultation with Mr. Morse has saved me time and money. Mr. Morse is honest and ethical in his dealings. Mr. Morse seems to practice law because he likes the law. It interests him and he can communicate his understanding of the law simply and clearly. I recommend Mr. Morse to anyone for legal matters and the extra time he will spend discussing music, politics and other topics that interest him a nice bonus. Mr. Morse is a very personable man who likes his job, does his job well and cares about the people who hire him to do that job.

Seems capable but extraordinally unpleasant

I would recommend Mr. Morse only to someone who could not afford another attorney, with a caveat: Mr. Morse, while certainly capable of handling a bankruptcy, has little talent for handling a human being on a professional level. He was cheery and pleasant until paid; he asked for a fairly low rate, ...comparatively, which was a factor in choosing him, but my case was not complex. After being paid, in cash, he almost immediately became brash, abrupt, and verbally abusice. He seemed unwilling to spend more than 10 minutes at a time on my case, and my pre-arranged appointments to his office consisted of long diatribes about his own skills and talents, including his musical abilities, before we could get down to the business I had paid him to complete. We were constantly interrupted by phone calls and knocks on the door from other clients. Mr. Morse became hysterical when questioned too deeply about details that I thought were important; rather than answering said questions he would claim hunger, a deep dislike of me, or the need to leave quickly because another client was coming; in fact, any excuse to exit and not answer the questions asked. He indulged in loud, animated verbal assaults on what he perceived to be my defects of character and mental inabilities, leaving me so shaken that I often left his office in tears and was afraid to call him on the phone. Unfortunately, I had paid him in full and did not have the resources to hire an alternative attorney. He complained constantly about not having charged enough, although I know personally several recent clients who had been asked to pay exactly the same amount. I deeply regret having hired the man. The mental anguish and physical stress exacerbated an existing physical illness to a point requiring hospitalization from which I have still not fully recovered.
