Hired Mr. Morse to represent a bankruptcy. It seems he is not familiar with current laws of bankruptcy. He is unapproachable and leaves you feeling like a number and not a client. I feel he may too old to be handling law anymore...time to retire. I asked him a specific question about the Means Test a...nd he told me I was misinformed. I contacted another local attorney and asked him the exact question and his response was consistent with Arizona law. (The majority of my debt is business related which should preclude me from the Means Test) David said I have to take the Means Test, the law says no. He was very unprofessional during our original meeting. He speaks with a soft voice, but don't be fooled...all he wants is to get paid. I would suggest you steer away as I'm going to do. Good luck!
