I'm trying not to be too critical, but from the start the whole staff at the firm were pretty unresponsive. They have kind of an assembly line way of doing law. They talked me into a flat fee, and really didn't care what I had to say about anything. After I paid them I had to contact them to discu...ss my case. They are reactive not proactive. There were occasions when Ms. Troxell wouldn't even respond to inquiries, and I'm not a prolific inquirer. I guess it's a small thing, but I expect people to live up to their word too. Mr Springer assured me he'd help me with a set-aside request when the 6 month probation was complete. No. That isn't happening. Best of luck to me! There probably aren't many choices in that area, but I'd look harder if I had it to do again. Mr. Hamp is the seller, and he weaves a good story. However, he isn't the one doing the work.

Mr. Springer was hired because we had a very unexpected criminal case. My son has never been in trouble with the law and got caught up in a big misumderstsnding. All in all Mr. Springer was very professional and helped us through this horrible time. He was always available when I needed to speak to h...im regarding my son's case, always there to answer any questions that I had. The outcome of his case with all the given circumstances was not what we had hoped but way better then what it could have been if we had not retained Matt Springer.
