David was a wonderful lawyer; I hired him to defend me in a DUI case when I had no idea where to begin. I hired David Bednar to defend me in a couple of cases, during a very hard time on my life. He represented me in a DUI case as well as a Domestic Abuse case and even consulted me in a Criminal Negligence (resulting in physical harm) case as well as consultation on many traffic cases, all of which co...uld have resulted in devastating consequences for me and my family had Mr. Bednar been anything less than an extremely confident, infinitely knowledgeable, ever the professional and always overly prepared for trial. David is a very good attorney. I had a serious charge on me and David was very professional and he calmed my nerves. I had two weeks to get this cleared up or I could of lost almost everything I had and he came through and got it done. One thing I liked about David you know most attorneys' don't retu...rn your calls but David returned all my calls. He got my charges dropped right in the nick of time. I am very grateful for his services I hope I never have to hire him again but I would if I had to and I would refer my friends to him. He didn't try to rape me with the money he gave me a fair price.
