I hired David Bednar to defend me in a couple of cases, during a very hard time on my life. He represented me in a DUI case as well as a Domestic Abuse case and even consulted me in a Criminal Negligence (resulting in physical harm) case as well as consultation on many traffic cases, all of which co...uld have resulted in devastating consequences for me and my family had Mr. Bednar been anything less than an extremely confident, infinitely knowledgeable, ever the professional and always overly prepared for trial. I simply had to make a phone call and retain his services, and meet him and explain my case and he handled everything. His office staff has been nothing short of compassionate to my incredibly embarrassing circumstances, which made me feel hopeful that my mistakes would not define who I am, but merely, the mistakes I made when under the influence of alcohol. Mr. Bednar has aided me in more than legal services by helping me to see and accept that I cannot consume alcohol like many others can, and when I do I react differently than others, thus, abstinence is my only option, if I want to stay out of the courtroom, and jails. I have not had any more legal trouble and as a result of Mr. Bednar's excellent legal representation, I am a productive member of society rather than a career criminal. I now try and help others to avoid the mistakes I made, but if they do, I recommend David G. Bednar, Attorney at Law, to defend them as he is the best attorney I have ever known. Finally, he is a man with a heart the size of Texas, which I would have never known had he not defended me as a person and just treated me, as many attorney's do, like a common criminal with a litany of shameful behaviors which landed me in a courtroom. I cannot speak for others, but I personally know people who have retained Mr. Bednar's services, and have returned to him for representation repeatedly and been more than satisfied with his results. Concluding, Mr. Bednar was also an inspiration for my youngest daughter in her educational pursuits. She decided to become an attorney and is actively pursuing her degree and following law school is looking forward to becoming a defender of law and humanity. There is no better feeling when you're at the lowest point of your life than to truly trust in someone who advocates on your behalf and keeps criminal charges from destroying your life and supports you in changing the way you live. I am grateful to the Law office of David G. Bednar, and to the encouragement he gave me.

As you read through Mr. Bednar's reviews, you should begin to understand the magnitude of his professionalism and positive outcomes for his clients. I will not be posting my alleged charge, however, it is an understatement to say that I received the least amount of punishment in relation to possible ...extreme penalties. Jeff was extremely accommodating, polite and quickly responsive. Dave is very thorough and works miracles for you. His expertise and knowledge of the law are both impressive and inspiring.
