I hired Dave when I was arrested in Flagstaff for possession of marijuana. I was on vacation and was traveling from Vegas to the Grand Canyon. I'm from NJ so it would have been very difficult for me to handle my case from across the country. The morning after I was arrested, I found Dave's info on go...ogle and called him. He saw me for a consult immediately (literally within the hour). He made the court process very easy for me, being out of state and ultimately was able to get me a plea deal that allowed me to avoid conviction. Finally, he is a man with a heart the size of Texas, which I would have never known had he not defended me as a person and just treated me, as many attorney's do, like a common criminal with a litany of shameful behaviors which landed me in a courtroom. Concluding, Mr. Bednar was also an inspiration for my youngest daughter in her educational pursuits.
